Learn Italian in Lecce” Summer Program 2026

Students are being offered the opportunity to join the six‑week “Learn Italian in Lecce” Summer Program, which will be held from 6 July to 14 August 2026 at LUM University in Italy. The program is intended for international students wishing to improve their Italian language skills while experiencing the culture of Southern Italy.

The program includes:

  • daily intensive Italian language classes (CEFR A1–C2),
  • interactive communication and speaking workshops,
  • a variety of cultural activities such as cooking classes, traditional dance sessions, and arts workshops,
  • weekend excursions and beach trips in the Salento region.

Pricing:

  • the language course (20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00–13:00) is offered at 210 EUR per week,
  • additional cultural activities are available at extra cost.

Possibility of scholarships covering four weeks of the program tuition fee. From the applicants, they will select:

• 2 students who will receive a 100% scholarship (covering the tuition fee for four weeks)
• 2 students who will receive a 50% scholarship (covering half of the tuition fee for four weeks)

Please note that the scholarship covers only the course fee and does not include accommodation or other personal expenses.

3. Recommendation from a Professor

Accommodation:

Housing options are currently being developed and will be communicated once the number of interested students has been confirmed and logistics have been finalized.

The course may be recognized with ECTS credits, making it both a cultural and academic opportunity.
