After the order period ends, a schedule of graduation groups will be created based on the number of registered graduates. Graduates who have ordered the graduation ceremony will then be informed by email about how and when they can register for a graduation group. Without a prior order in the Shopping Center, it will not be possible to select a group.
The fee for expenses related to the graduation ceremony for graduates of the Faculty of Arts is 350 CZK and includes room rental, live music, floral decorations, etc. This payment is made exclusively through the Shopping Center (similar to revalidation stickers and other MU fees) and must be paid by the graduate by the specified date.
The fee does not apply to graduates who do not attend the graduation ceremony. In this case, graduates will collect their diplomas at the Study Department or at the International Relations Office according to the instructions below.
Graduates who do not attend the graduation ceremony can collect their diploma by reserving a time during office hours at the Study Department or by coming to the International Relations Office (graduates from programs accredited in English), but only after receiving an informational email about the possibility of downloading its electronic version. When collecting the diploma, it is necessary to present a valid ID.
The diploma can also be collected by a person with a power of attorney bearing the verified signature of the graduate.
